Marching Bridge, Single Leg hold with Ankle Circles, to Spider Bridge with heel to ball lifts and return to Marching Bridge with Ankle Circles for completion
Laying supine with legs up, arms long by your side, palms down. Using your core, lift into candlestick and lower slowly. Start with a few repetitions, build as your strength and ability allows. This is also a great workout for triceps. I practice 21 repetitions.
